The vendor dashboard gives sellers full autonomy: product listing and inventory management, order fulfilment with status updates, earnings tracking with a breakdown of platform commissions, and a payout request or scheduled transfer interface.

The admin panel — built with FilamentPHP — handles vendor applications and approval, commission rule management, dispute resolution with communication history, global product review and moderation, and financial reporting with payout ledgers. Every vendor transaction, commission deduction, and payout is recorded in an immutable audit trail so your finance team always has a reconcilable record.
